Child Safety Policy

This Child Safety Policy applies to the Flit app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Ioannis Nikolaou (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider").

Age Requirement

Flit is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years and older. By registering for or using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to create accounts. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a user is under 18, that account will be immediately suspended and deleted.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

The Service Provider has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any content that sexualizes individuals under the age of 18
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to such material

Such content and behavior are absolutely prohibited on the Application and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting Inappropriate Content or Behavior

Users who encounter content or behavior that they believe violates this policy are strongly encouraged to report it immediately. Reports can be submitted by:

• In-app reporting: Using the "Report" option available on uploaded content within the Application.
• Email: Sending a description of the content or behavior to contact@flit.social.

All reports are reviewed promptly by the Service Provider. Reports involving suspected child exploitation are treated as the highest priority.

Account Termination

Any account found to be in violation of this policy will be permanently terminated without warning. The Service Provider reserves the right to ban devices and identifiers associated with violating accounts to prevent re-registration.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

The Service Provider is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of children from sexual exploitation and abuse, including but not limited to the PROTECT Our Children Act and any equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. Where legally required, the Service Provider will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
